we went to school together there for my senior and her sophomore year, and it's hard to believe that high school years are behind us both.

she let me film a little "senior vid" of her and boy is she stunningly pretty just like her spirit :)

gorgeous california yard

california with a few of my favs was TOO good.

and almost as good as the laughs and sunshine, was the gorgeous backyard of the house we stayed at.

it took my breathe away, so i had to capture it as best as I could.

two of the sweetest girls at davis looked beyond gorgeous going to their senior prom last night

i can't believe my little sis is graduating. it was literally yesterday when that was me! What is this! life is nuts and i'm so grateful to have grown up with sisters like mine… it just doesn't get better than that. 

and it is not okay that italy and alaska are separating us for five months so you will all have to comfort and help me cope through that because i really don't know what i'm going to do without her for so long. (i'm serious. i like cupcakes & sprite.) but we both have our own adventures to live and i know we'll be better people because of them so pictures and stories better make up for it. miss you already!

white christmas

i'm   dreaming   of a white christmas.

Oh wait, this isn't a dream ;) 

four days before christmas and mother nature has been feeling quite festive over here in our parts. A blanket of white has completely covered our little northern utah world.

 I really love these people a lot. Couldn't ask for a better group. As friends have come and gone, these guys are solid :) 

Also, we got these pictures taken in my grandparents old yard. (yes, obviously during the summer) They sold this house in Farmington before they went on their mission together, and at the time it was definitely a bitter parting of their house haha. I spent a majority of my childhood making memories with my cousins at this house, and in this yard. Going back was definitely nostalgic, and brought back loads of memories. It's weird to look at my childhood from the perspective I'm at now, and to watch my younger siblings and cousins growing up and wondering what they are going to have to look back on, and hold special in their hearts? I'm sure that their experiences are going to be just as special as mine were to me, but i'm tellin you it's hard to imagine that because I swear I had the best childhood ever!
