Post-rainy days are almost as cozy as actual rainy days… and yesterday it poured!! 

you'll have to ask julia about our sketchy near death experience when I couldn't see out my windshield for a solid three seconds! 

i can't believe it's friday again!! but I am super happy this week is over. whoo it was a stressful one!

 So here's to wishing everyone a happy, relaxing, cooooozy weekend (again)

and thats a long weekend for me, thank you for going out of town dr h

you know when you just feel kind of crazy sometimes?? Like your chest keeps tightening up so you think you have anxiety but you don't know what about except, I guess it could be from the mountain of homework and lesson plans and papers that are due, not to mention all the crazy huge things that are rapidly approaching in your life. and just feeling totally inept. But my body systems definitely think that i'm more stressed than my brain thinks I am, does that make sense? (I keep trying to tell it that we are fine!) but all you wanna do is just forget it all and watch the bachelor (and be thankful your dating life, even if it doesn't exist still isn't as lame as some peoples) and just be skinny but still eat all the cookie dough in the world. GAHH! Sometimes you have to scream. I'm not kidding I feel like i'm screaming right now in my head just typing this. And it kind of feels nice, but i'm laughing at the same time because life is just oh so good, just totally crazy. especially right now. and now I could probably cry. good heavens whats going on people. It's only Tuesday? yikes. silly emotions and hormones. what the heck are they thinking? like calm down. (forgive me for not writing this rant in my private journal, but sometimes thats what blogs are good for.)

^PS. that little white scar on my right leg is a battle wound from jumping (& falling) on a pogo-stick in the fifth grade.^

I could not be more relieved that it is the weekend, it's been a long week!!

And even though I have lots to do still, just the idea of the weekend is a little less threatening.

My plans will consist of (hopefully) 

making lots of checks on my forever to-do list,

maybe visit the gym,

 Italy meeting #2 with our whole group,

and maybe some cookie dough and relaxing. :)

We're pushing reaallllll hard for spring to hurry up and get here, so a bike ride pretending it wasn't that cold was obviously necessary. ;)

I have been loving this rainy weather, it's still a little chilly but i'll take rain over snow any day. how refreshing!

I guess I won't get my hopes up for Spring though, (it's utah.) or that my mini little strawberry plant will grow because there is currently NO sunny window to make it's home. But I see too many miracles every day and have too much to be grateful for to complain about anything. And it is Valentine's week which means it should be full of all things love!

today i love rain, mini things, and flowers.
